Today, aprc operates under the management and oversight of the Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA) in the heart of the automotive industry and welcomes members from all aspects of automotive communications.

Membership Classifications
- general member: individuals who work in the areas of communications, public relations and government affairs for their company, public relations firms or organizations within the automotive and transportation industries annual dues: $295
- affiliate member: individuals who do not meet eligibility for general membership but have a vested interest in the automotive/ transportation industry annual dues: $495
- educator member: individuals who are actively teaching in a university, college or community college communications program with specific interest in the automotive and transportation industries annual dues: $90
