Neil De Koker

Neil De Koker is the founding president and CEO of the Original Equipment Suppliers Association. His 48-year career in the automotive industry includes 23 years with General Motors Corp., where he played a lead role in the development and organization of Saturn Corp. De Koker spent four years at Magna International serving as senior vice president, helping organize and manage the formation of the automotive systems corporation. In addition, he served as senior vice president for Tier 2 supplier companies, The Woodbridge Group and MascoTech Inc., and co-owned a corporate communications company focused on automotive customers.
De Koker serves on the board of the Automotive Hall of Fame, the board of trustees of Kettering University, the board of the Center for Automotive Research, and the board of the Greater Detroit and Windsor Japan America Society.
De Koker has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from General Motors Institute (now Kettering University) and an executive MBA from Michigan State University. He also attended the executive development program at Northwestern University. |

William Kozyra

William (Bill) Kozyra is chairman of the TI Automotive Board and CEO of TI Automotive. Prior to joining TI Automotive, Kozyra was president and CEO of Continental AG North America. He was also a member of the executive board with responsibility for Continental AG’s NAFTA businesses, a $6.2 billion unit of Continental’s automotive group in Frankfurt, Germany.
Kozyra received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Detroit, and a master’s degree in business administration from Michigan State University’s Executive Advanced Management Program. |

Ann Wilson
Senior Vice President, Government Affairs
Motor and Equipment Manufacturers Association
Ann Wilson joined the Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association (MEMA) on June 1, 2004, as vice president of government affairs, based in the association’s Washington, D.C., office.
Wilson works with the association’s Washington office staff in overseeing federal and state legislative and regulatory monitoring, reporting and advocacy. She develops and promotes association members’ views on legislation and regulations affecting the motor vehicle supplier industry. She also coordinates the Government Affairs Committee, which consists of government affairs professionals and other executives from MEMA’s four market segment associations – the Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA), Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA) the Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association (HDMA) and Motor and Equipment Remanufacturers Association (MERA). The committee guides staff in establishing specific legislative, regulatory and public affairs communications goals on behalf of all MEMA members, and developing plans to achieve them. |

Rick Snyder
Governor of Michigan
Rick Snyder was elected governor of Michigan in 2010. Prior to his term as governor, Snyder had numerous private and quasi-public sector positions, starting with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), where he was a partner. Snyder then moved to Gateway Computers, where he advanced to become the company’s president and chief operating officer. Following his time at Gateway, Snyder returned to Michigan to raise venture capital funds for startup businesses, including HealthMedia, Inc. and Esperion Therapeutics, which was later purchased by Pfizer.
Snyder has been actively involved in economic development on a statewide and local level in Michigan. Governor Engler appointed Snyder to serve as the first Chair of the Michigan Economic Development Corporation in 1999. Additionally, Snyder was the first Chair for Ann Arbor SPARK - one of the most successful economic development programs in the country.
Snyder earned three degrees from the University of Michigan, all by the age of 23. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree with high distinction in 1977, his MBA with distinction in 1979 and a JD in 1982. |

Nariman Behravesh

Dr. Nariman Behravesh is chief economist of IHS and author of “Spin-Free Economics: A No-Nonsense, Nonpartisan Guide to Today’s Global Economic Debates” (McGraw-Hill). Directing the IHS economic forecasting process, Behravesh is responsible for developing the economic outlook and risk analysis for the United States, Europe, Japan, China and other emerging markets. He oversees the work of more than 400 professionals who cover economic, financial and political developments in over 200 countries.
Behravesh holds Ph.D. and master’s degrees in economics from the University of Pennsylvania, and a bachelor’s degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |

Michael Robinet

Michael Robinet is the director of global production forecasting for IHS Automotive. In March 2010, IHS purchased CSM Worldwide, Robinet’s home since 1996. He has functioned in several capacities since he joined CSM – most recently vice president of global vehicle forecasts. His responsibilities include global production and capacity forecasting, future product program intelligence, platform consolidation trends, OEM strategies and vehicle sourcing/logistics trends.
Robinet has over twenty-two years of experience in automotive forecasting, strategic analysis and manufacturing finance. Prior to joining CSM Worldwide, he worked at various research companies and was schooled in finance at a major Tier 1 supplier.
Robinet holds an undergraduate degree in international and developmental economics and a master’s in business administration – both from the University of Windsor, Canada. He is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and the Automotive Press Association of Detroit (APA).

Mr. Casesa’s expertise extends across the auto industry’s value chain, from automakers to suppliers to distribution and retailing. In 2005 he co-authored with the World Resources Institute the landmark report, Energy Security & Climate Change: Investing in the Clean Car Revolution.
Mr. Casesa is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Industry Agenda Council on Automotive and serves as an industry advisor to the Automotive Governors at the Forum’s annual gathering in Davos, Switzerland.

Andrea has more than 20 years of experience analyzing the automotive industry from a variety of perspectives. Prior to joining OESA, Andrea was chief financial officer and director of the forecasting group at the Center for Automotive Research, chief economist with CSM Worldwide, equity investment analyst with Roney & Co., and director of forecasting with AutoPacific, Inc.
Andrea earned a bachelor’s degree in business economics from Miami University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan. |

Prior to joining Stoneridge, Corey was president, CEO and director of Safety Components International, a global leading low-cost supplier of air bags and components. He began his automotive career at Ford Motor Co. in the new car development group and has held leadership positions at Moog Automotive’s and Allied Signal’s aftermarket divisions.

Masayasu “Mike” Saito

Masayasu “Mike” Saito is president of Seymour, Ind.-based Aisin Holdings of America, Inc. (AHA) and Plymouth, Mich.-based Aisin World Corp. of America (AWA). Saito is also managing officer of Japan-based Aisin Seiki Co., Ltd., one of the largest Tier One auto suppliers in the world.
Saito also leads the Board of Directors for the Aisin Group in North America. Prior to being appointed to his current position in July 2010, he was managing officer for the Life & Energy Department at Aisin Seiki in Nagoya, Japan.
As president of AWA and AHA, Saito is responsible for sales and sales-related functions for original equipment and aftermarket products, and life and energy products. He also oversees the sales operations of additional AWA offices in Cincinnati and Torrance, CA. In North and South America, Saito is responsible for oversight of the 31 Aisin manufacturing plants and logistics operations.
Saito earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from Nagoya University in Japan in 1978.

During his 20 years at TMMC, Ray Tanguay has been a leading force in instilling innovation within the company through his introduction of such programs as Intelligent Process Management (IPM). Under his stewardship, TMMC became the first and only plant outside of Japan to produce Lexus vehicles and has won numerous J.D. Power plant quality awards, while also being recognized for innovation by the Smithsonian Institute, among other accolades.
Looking to the future, Tanguay wants to contribute to the further globalization of Toyota, and achieve self-reliance in North America, by creating a clear vision supported by a strategic framework that incorporates human resource development and reliable business partnerships.
Tanguay graduated from St. Clair College in electrical engineering technology in 1972 and from Wilfrid Laurier University in business management in 1983.
