OESA MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA The bylaws set forth the following requirements for membership: Regular Member Members engaged primarily in the (1) manufacture of components, modules and systems (herein called "parts") for use in the manufacture and assembly of automotive original equipment; (2) provision of product, including engineering, design, testing, and prototyping services integral to the manufacture of original equipment parts; (3) provisions in machinery, tools, dies, and molds for the manufacture of original equipment parts; and (4) provision of major materials — such as steel, aluminum and plastics — used to manufacture original equipment parts in North America. Affiliate Member Members who are not eligible for regular membership, but currently provide products and services dedicated to the automotive industry and have a sufficient interest in the work being performed by the association and wish to support it, obtain its publications and participate in appropriate conferences and events. Divisional Member Divisional membership is available to subsidiaries, divisions and operating units of companies that are regular members of OESA, provided the division meets the association's membership eligibility requirements. Divisional members receive all association services and benefits and do not have voting privileges. Membership Dues OESA regular member dues are based on the North American annual OE sales volume by member companies. Membership dues for affiliate and divisional members are a fixed price, regardless of annual sales volume. Dues must be paid in U.S. Dollars.
