Drew Rhodes is OESA's senior manager of business development and event logistics. In this role, Rhodes leads the advertising and sponsorship sales for OESA, supports the Young Leadership Council 6 and 7 and manages logistics for off-site events and programs. 

Working with senior leadership, Rhodes creates and implements strategy for securing new and continued business through the sale of sponsorships and advertisement opportunities in OESA publications. He supports the YLC 6 & 7 in creating programs and managing administrative duties. For events and programs, Rhodes identifies appropriate facilities and manages contracts for A/V and catering as well as serving as an on-site contact. He also manages much of the administrative duties including event creation and management through the database. 
Rhodes holds a bachelor of arts degree from Western Michigan University and is a Nonprofit Leadership Alliance Certified Professional.
