OESA members and industry guests are invited to participate in the webinar, “COVID-19: Managing Operations and Supply Chain Risks,” on March 16, 2020.  
Operations and supply chain experts from Oliver Wyman will discuss the current impact of the COVID-19 coronavirus. Presenters are working within the supply chain every day supporting global suppliers and a major OEM in efforts to keep supply chains moving during this event.  
This webinar will consist of three segments: 
  1. General overview of the current COVID-19 situation. 
  2. Supply Chain Risks. Presenters will discuss how suppliers can set up a line of defense and will provide a check list of what should be considered up and down the supply chain. 
  3. Operations Under Constraint. How will a company respond when operations are threatened, if an employee tests positive for the virus, or if there is a regional quarantine where operations exist. Appropriate responses will be discussed as well as how suppliers can ensure operations continue.
There will also be an opportunity for participants to ask questions. 
Supplier company executives directly or indirectly impacted, or at risk of being impacted, by COVID-19, will gain a better understand issues surrounding COVID-19 and its potential impact on the automotive supply chain.
