OESA is pleased to announce the new “Master Class Workshop Series.
WHAT: The Master Class Workshops offer customer-facing supplier professionals an in-depth exploration of relevant professional development topics in a hands-on setting.   

WHY:  This series is designed to help all functional roles develop better customer engagement skills. 
WHO: Geared toward all supplier professionals that work directly with customers and clients.
WHEN:  Master Class Workshop meetings are scheduled for:
July 17 – Innovate and Communicate
May 15 – Leveraging the Art of Storytelling in Your Business
June 19 – Applying the Entrepreneurial Spirit
Sept. 18 – Thinking Analytically
Oct. 16 – How to Lead an Effective Meeting

WHERE:  All workshops will be held at the OESA Conference Center in Southfield, Mich.

The first workshop will be held July 17, 2020, at the OESA Conference Center in Southfield, Mich, and will focus on the topic “Innovate and Communicate.”

Whether you’re engaged in innovation or communication, the key to success is understanding the needs and values of your target market/audience and translating that knowledge into benefits statements. Never has this capability been more important than at this time of fundamental change in automotive. 

Rhonda McNally, vice president, marketing, Magna International, Inc., will lend her perspective on the importance of  innovation and communication. The workshop, facilitated by Gwen Ishmael, SVP qualitative research & consulting, and Stephan Schroeder , VP automotive & mobility, Escalent, will equip attendees from all functions to identify consumer benefits and develop effective communication strategies that can be used both internally and externally. Participants will work in groups and apply proven innovation tools and communication methods that will benefit them personally and professionally in their organizations.
