In response to the global COVID-19 pandemic, OESA is partnering with experts throughout the supply chain to offer insights to make informed decisions to help suppliers, and the industry, move forward during this challenging time. 

On Thursday, March 26, 2020, OESA will host the webinar “Managing Business During the COVID-19 Pandemic” to discuss the coronavirus and its potential effects on the automotive industry. Supply chain experts from Conway MacKenzie, Roland Berger and Foley & Lardner will share insight and steps that can be taken to protect and preserve business. 

Conway MacKenzie, a leading advisory firm with extensive automotive experience and significant leadership experience in the advisory and direct management of distressed auto manufacturers and suppliers. Additionally, Conway MacKenzie has considerable experience and expertise in the M&A activities in the automotive supply base.

Roland Berger, a global management consultancy advises automotive clients on key issues ranging from performance improvement and restructuring, to operations strategy and corporate development. 

Foley & Lardner, an international law firm whose Detroit-based attorneys are uniquely focused on the legal and business challenges that automotive suppliers face. Foley has created a multi-disciplinary team to address the commercial impacts of the COVID-19 outbreak and keeps automotive suppliers up to date with new developments and solutions through their Coronavirus Resource Center.
